Marketing Director

Womenful Voice is looking for a passionate Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and support for Womenful Voice. This role involves overseeing digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and campaign execution while working closely with other team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Skilled in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and connect designs to messaging.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Previous experience in non-profit marketing is a significant advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with social media management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proven ability to create and manage social posts and content.
