Position Title: Treasurer (Board Member)
Organization: Tesla Owners of Kentucky

Term: 2-Year Board Term
Time Commitment: 1–4 hours per month
Role Overview
The Treasurer plays a vital role in maintaining the health and transparency of our club. You will be responsible for overseeing financial compliance and managing financial reporting for the Board of Directors, as well as providing clear financial updates to our paid membership.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of club income, dues, and expenses.
- Prepare regular financial reports for the Board of Directors.
- Ensure financial disclosures and annual/regular reports are prepared and shared with paid club members.
- Oversee financial compliance with relevant local/state regulations and club guidelines.
- Assist in budget planning and financial decision-making to support club events and initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements (per Club Bylaws)
To be eligible to serve as an officer or board member, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Tesla Owners of Kentucky club member in good standing.
- Must maintain a permanent residence in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- Must own a Tesla product.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Integrity, transparency, and a passion for supporting the Tesla community.
