Join Our Mission as a Virtual Fundraiser Volunteer
We are a non-profit organization, recognized as a 501c3, dedicated to fostering the growth of young people into tomorrow’s leaders. Our operations are crucially dependent on fundraising, and we are currently seeking individuals with experience in this field to join us as Virtual Fundraiser Volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a checklist of fundraising opportunities.
- Create and maintain an active fundraising schedule on Asana.
- Develop an Excel spreadsheet to track contacts and donors.
- Meet biweekly with Mr. Steward to provide updates on funding information.
- Plan and execute both online and on-the-ground donation drives.
- Collaborate with our website engineer to optimize website donations.
- Create innovative donation drives and funding opportunities.
- Be creative, dedicated, and passionate about raising funds for our organization.

DYKB Volunteer Interview Requirements
To be considered for an interview for your desired volunteer position, please complete the following steps:
- Answer all questions on the volunteer application form thoroughly and accurately.
- Submit a recent photo that clearly shows your face.
- Provide a short resume outlining your experience, skills, and relevant background.
- Send an email to our team that includes:
- Your availability
- Your current personal or professional goals
- Your reason for wanting to volunteer with DYKB
- The amount of time you are able to commit on a weekly or monthly basis
Once all materials have been submitted, our team will review your information and contact you to schedule an interview.
