Digital Recruiter Volunteer

At the Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA), we are a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to empowering military service members, veterans, and their spouses. As a Digital Recruiter, you will be the primary link between passionate candidates and our mission, managing the digital heartbeat of our talent pipeline across platforms such as Indeed and Idealist.

What You'll Do (Impact: 3–5 Hours/Week)

You will assist the Volunteer Directorate by ensuring our recruitment engine runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Platform Management: Oversee current volunteer openings, ensuring postings are active and accurately reflect VPMMA's current needs.
• Applicant Screening: Review interest forms and applications to identify candidates whose skills and availability align with our mission and core values.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule initial interviews for our recruitment leads to ensure a professional, seamless experience for potential volunteers.
• Data Maintenance: Log applicant statuses and metrics in our systems to keep leadership informed of the talent pipeline.
