The main duty is to help senior citizens in the community recover from scams, fraud, and incomplete home repairs. This includes using a computer to research the case and talking on the phone with both victims and wrongdoers to find a resolution.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have a sincere interest in helping people
- Must be able to pass background and license checks.
- Basic Computer Skills: Email, Microsoft Word(r), Google and other internet searches, Zoom, PowerPoint(r), Microsoft Windows(r), Adobe Reader(r)...
- Basic telephone and conversation skills
- Willingness and ability to work with a diverse population
- Experience, comfort, and competency with laptop computers and projectors
COMMITMENT EXPECTED: One four-hour shift per week: 09:00 to 13:00 EST
