Make a difference as a hospice volunteer - Cornerstone Hospice

Hospice volunteering is a unique opportunity to impact patients and their families by providing compassion and care for people as they near the end of life. Hospice volunteering is a very specialized type of care that truly honors the dignity, values, and wishes of our patients. Cornerstone Hospice, an affiliate of Chapters Health, is looking for volunteers who are dedicated to making a difference among our patients and families. Our mission is to deliver extraordinary care to every person that we touch in every community that we serve.

Become a volunteer and visit patients to offer emotional support and companionship. We will assign you to someone close to you. Aside from visiting patients, we have various other ways you can use your time and talents to help:

Comfort Calls to Patients & Families – Make caring phone calls to offer support.

Bereavement – Help families heal by providing a listening ear after loss.

Pet Support – Bring smiles and comfort through the love of animals.

Veterans Serving Veterans – Honor and connect with fellow service members.

Vigil – Help ensure No One Dies Alone.
