Vitalant is seeking a friendly, dependable volunteer to assist with our San Jose Community Blood Drive held every other Monday at:

Cambrian Park Church of the Nazarene - Reception Hall

2575 Coit Drive, San Jose, CA 95124

12:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Help us provide lifesaving blood products to hospitals across our community. Volunteers are vital in ensuring a smooth, positive donor experience-and your presence can truly make a difference.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in donors
• Offer friendly assistance and answer general questions
• Keep the reception and hospitality areas clean and welcoming
• Restock snacks and encourage donor hydration post-donation
• Support staff with reminder calls or follow-ups as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 or older
• Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Commit to at least 50 hours annually
• Attend a Virtual Volunteer Orientation
