Penn Medicine Hospice is seeking compassionate knitters and crocheters to create red, white, and blue blankets that will be gifted to our Veteran hospice patients.
Your handmade blankets offer comfort, dignity, and a meaningful reminder of gratitude during end-of-life care.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Knit or crochet a red, white, and blue blanket (lap-size or throw)
- Use your own yawn/materials
- Complete projects at your own pace, from home.
- Drop off the finished blankets at our Philadelphia, New Jersey, and/or West Chester Offices
