Respect MO Voters is seeking an Appreciation Program Lead to help build the Appreciation Program for our volunteer network and coordinate its efforts with those of the campaign at large.
The Appreciation Department needs a leader who can see the big picture, understand the smaller pictures, and communicate this all effectively between campaign leadership and Program Leads.
What This Role Does
- Team Leadership, developing, and delegating tasks to the volunteers.
- Strategy and system design
- Continuous improvement
Skills Needed
- Basic computer operation, and spreadsheet skills
- Strong worth ethic and good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and delegate
Responsibilities
- Host weekly program calls
- Coordinate with other Departments
- Attend Leadership calls
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and find solutions.
- Align Appreciation tasks with Campaign Needs
Ideal Candidate
- Likes organizational work
- Enjoys supporting and developing volunteers
- Is self-motivated and can comfortably work alone or in teams
- Is comfortable with occasionally-swift deadlines, or specific requests
