Opening night Party at Marin MOCA is a great celebration: engaging company, exceptional food and wine, and live entertainment that perfectly compliments the art on view and conversation. Volunteer opportunities include:
Operations/Set-up (10am -2pm) - furniture, tables, bars, food, signage and art activities.
Meal Prep (12pm - 2pm) - Meal preparation
Decor Set-Up (12pm - 3pm) - Cover and set tables and bars, place flowers, etc.
Greeter (4:30pm - 6:30pm) - Greet guests, point them to registration, encourage them to view the exhibition and silent auction prior to outdoor activities.
Check In (3pm - 7pm) - Check in guests on Ipads through Eventbrite.
Flow/Crowd Control (4:30pm - 8pm) - Encourage guests to move outside by 5pm to enjoy art activities, get food and be seated.
Art Booth Coordinator (4pm - 8:30pm) - Manage art booths/activities.
Silent Disco Coordinator (6pm - 8:30pm) - Organize distribution and collection of silent disco gear.
Operations/Breakdown (8pm - 10pm) - Disassembly of furniture/exhibits.
Floater/Assign as needed (2pm - 6pm, 3pm - 7pm)
