About Polycreek:

Polycreek is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending online child abuse through technology, advocacy, and collaboration. We develop AI tools that detect and report harmful online content to authorities, to make the internet safer for children worldwide.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Victim Advocacy professional to serve on our Board of Directors. This individual will bring a trauma-informed perspective to our mission, ensuring that the voices and needs of survivors are reflected in all aspects of our strategy, partnerships, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insight and guidance on survivor-centered practices and ethical engagement.
• Advise on policies to ensure our work respects and protects victims’ dignity and privacy.
• Collaborate with other board members on advocacy, outreach, and awareness initiatives.
• Support board governance, fundraising, and mission strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in victim advocacy, trauma-informed care, social work, or counseling.
• Deep understanding of the impact of online abuse and exploitation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to Polycreek’s mission of child safety and digital protection.
