CHELSEA FILM FESTIVAL 2026: PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS NEEDED!

Chelsea Film Festival is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our media team throughout the Festival, October 14–18, to help capture Q&As, B-roll, behind-the-scenes moments, and key highlights from our screenings and events. Volunteers will play an important role in documenting the energy and experience of the Festival, ensuring we have engaging video and photo content to share with our audiences, filmmakers, partners, and community throughout the year.

MANDATORY Dress code:

• Women - black attire, black shoes
• Men - black suit, white dress shirt and black shoes

• *You MUST attend our orientation meeting October 5 from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm EST if you wish to participate**

• Friday, October 16, 2026 - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST (Reel Magic Hour Industry Summit)
• Friday, October 16, 2026 - 10:00 am to 5:30 pm EST
• Friday, October 16, 2026 - 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST
• Saturday, October 17, 2026 - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST (Reel Magic Hour Industry Summit)
