Remote Time Card Review Volunteer

MAAT K12 is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Remote Time Card Review Volunteers to support our volunteer operations team.

This role helps us keep volunteer service records organized and accurate by reviewing submitted time cards, checking recorded hours for completeness, identifying missing or unclear information, and helping ensure volunteer records are ready for verification and reporting.

Responsibilities may include:

Review volunteer time cards and submitted hours

Check records for accuracy and completeness

Identify missing or inconsistent entries

Help maintain organized volunteer-hour records

Follow established time-tracking procedures

Report questions or discrepancies to the appropriate team member

Support accurate volunteer service documentation

Volunteers will also be able to track their own approved volunteer hours through MAAT K12’s volunteer tracking system.
