We’re seeking a volunteer Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to help oversee nonprofit tax filings, financial compliance, and strategic budgeting for our community day center. Your guidance will help ensure we stay compliant and sustainable as we grow our impact.

Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on tax documents (Form 990, payroll, and compliance filings).
• Help establish clear accounting procedures and reporting systems.
• Support leadership in developing a transparent annual budget.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen internal financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Licensed CPA or equivalent experience.
• Experience with nonprofit or small business accounting.
• Understanding of IRS Form 990 and nonprofit compliance preferred.
• Commitment to equity, transparency, and community service.

Commitment:

2–4 hours per month (flexible schedule). Remote participation possible.
