✅ Qualifications (Next.js Required)
We are specifically looking for developers who:
Have experience building backend systems using Next.js
Understand API routes, server-side logic, or server actions
Are comfortable working on existing codebases
Can debug, improve, and extend live systems
Can collaborate within a structured development workflow
Understand how backend systems support:
User engagement
Conversion
Fundraising

Strong Next.js (fullstack/backend) experience
