To support this mission, we’re building sustainable fundraising infrastructure using the platform Givebutter to connect donors, volunteers, and grantors to our vision.

Position: Givebutter Plus Specialist (Volunteer)

We are seeking a volunteer specialist with expertise in Givebutter Plus to help us optimize our fundraising campaigns, improve reporting, and maximize donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Givebutter Plus campaigns and donor designations.
• Create and maintain a master “umbrella” campaign that reflects our cumulative impact while supporting multiple initiatives (Love, Water, Warmth, Knowledge, Our Daily Bread, Powered by You, 831 Fleet, and The 831 Experience).
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure campaign pages are donor-friendly, compelling, and aligned with our 30-year vision.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as a liaison with Givebutter support when needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Givebutter Plus Plan (strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of fundraising strategy and donor engagement.
• Technical proficiency with online platforms, reporting, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical team members.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Passion for nonprofit work and advancing equity for marginalized communities.

Commitment

• Remote position.
• Estimated 3–5 hours per week, with additional time during major fundraising pushes.
• Minimum 3-month commitment, with potential to grow as our campaigns expand.
