Membership & Records Manager – Remote Nonprofit Volunteer

Nurses of the Future (NOTF) is seeking a Membership & Records Manager to help maintain accurate volunteer, membership, and leadership records.

Responsibilities include maintaining the volunteer database, tracking active and inactive volunteers, processing volunteer applications, recording department placements, maintaining leadership records, and organizing important organizational documents.

The Membership & Records Manager will work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator and other department managers to keep volunteer information organized and up to date.

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets or databases
• Reliable and responsible
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication skills
• Previous administrative or records-management experience is helpful but not required

Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week.
