Descrição
- Skills Needed:
- Love and appreciation for older or disabled adults
- Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Respect for people of different backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of modern technology
- Duties:
- Volunteer will lead a session for residents, assisting the residents with their technical questions regarding their smart phones, tablets or computers.
- Report time spent on volunteer service to Volunteer & Resident Services Manager.
- Location of Duties:
- The Sharon at SouthPark
- Time Required:
- 1 - 1.5 hours per visit. Will work with your schedule. Prefer weekdays in the morning or afternoon.
- Training / Preparation:
- Orientation and training provided by Volunteer & Resident Services Manager.
- Supervisor:
- Volunteer & Resident Services Manager.
