YMCA Fun Run: Modified Track & Field

Fun Run is an adaptive track and field program designed for individuals with special needs and all abilities 4 year and up. Designed to build running skills, improve fitness, and promote confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment. Each week features a new theme, keeping activities exciting and engaging while helping participants develop strength, coordination, and endurance.
Obtain 2 volunteer hours!
Volunteer Roles:
- Station set up
- Leading stations
- Provide one-on-one support or group support
- Offer encouragement, guidance, and help create a fun and safe environment
What to Bring and Wear:
- Comfortable athletic clothing and closed toe athletic shoes
- Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
No track and field experience is necessary, just a positive attitude, willingness to engage, and commitment to inclusion!
