Position Overview

TSW Network is seeking high-impact Board Members who bring strategic insight, professional experience, and strong community connections to support the organization’s next phase of growth.

This is not a ceremonial board.

We are building a working, strategic board that contributes to visibility, partnerships, and sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to support TSW’s mission, programs, and growth initiatives
• Actively support fundraising, sponsorship development, and donor cultivation
• Leverage personal and professional networks to introduce potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators
• Attend quarterly board meetings and key organizational events (in-person or virtual)
• Serve as an ambassador for TSW within the Phoenix community and beyond
• Offer expertise in areas such as leadership development, nonprofit growth, operations, or partnerships
• Support accountability and governance aligned with nonprofit best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are specifically seeking individuals who bring:

• Prior nonprofit board experience (strongly preferred)
• Background in one or more of the following:
  • Women’s leadership or development
  • Entrepreneurship or business leadership
  • Community development
  • Fundraising/donor relations
  • Corporate leadership (Director, VP, or Executive level)
• Established connections within the Phoenix philanthropic or business community and beyond
• A track record of leadership, influence, and integrity
• Personal alignment with TSW’s mission to support wives, women, and families
• Willingness to open doors—not just attend meetings

Board Expectations

• Term: 2 years
• Time Commitment: Quarterly meetings + strategic engagement as needed
• Financial Contribution: Give/Get expectation (personally give or help secure sponsorship/donations)
• Engagement: Active participation—not passive affiliation
