The Leadership Mission

The Medica Zone is seeking a Director of Administration who can oversee internal operations and ensure organizational efficiency across all departments. This role is ideal for individuals interested in organizational leadership, management, and systems optimization. You will be responsible for maintaining structure, accountability, and communication across the organization during a fast-paced summer cohort.

Executive Administrative Responsibilities:

Internal Operations Management: You will oversee internal systems, ensuring all departments are meeting deadlines, maintaining organization-wide tracking systems, and keeping workflows running efficiently.

Team Accountability & Performance: You will monitor intern and director engagement, track deliverables (passion projects, certifications), and ensure all members are meeting expectations.

Cross-Department Coordination: You will act as a central point of communication between departments, ensuring alignment on initiatives, events, and deadlines.

Organizational Infrastructure: You will maintain documents, onboarding systems, and internal processes to support scalability and long-term growth.
