Environmental & Climate Justice Internship OR Team Member

Are you passionate about creating positive change for communities and the environment? Join our team as an Environmental & Climate Justice Intern/Team Member and contribute to meaningful research, community engagement, and impactful content creation!

Responsibilities:

• Research: Conduct in-depth research on environmental justice issues and initiatives. Analyze data and gather insights to support informed decision-making.
• Community Involvement: Engage with local communities and stakeholders to understand their concerns and needs. Collaborate on projects that address environmental disparities.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including articles, social media posts, and multimedia materials, to raise awareness about relevant environmental justice topics and ongoing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Passion: Demonstrated commitment to environmental justice and social equity.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work in a team-oriented and community-focused environment.
• Time Commitment: Must be available at least 5 hours per week.
• Must be living in the United States.

Applicants that are currently pursuing / have earned a degree in Environmental Science are preferred, however we encourage applicants of all educational backgrounds to apply!
