The Verification Center Coordinator helps verifiers organize carpooling to the Verification Center.
Your main focus will be supporting the limited parking strain at the office and make it easier for verifiers to get there together.
You are supporting Dispatch and the Verification Center team, not starting from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Use Dispatch’s existing document showing where verifiers live
- Help identify verifiers who live near one another
- Look for overlapping availability and timing
- Suggest convenient meeting spots for carpooling
- Respond when Verification Leadership asks for support encouraging carpool use
You are coordinating and connecting. Not managing people’s schedules for them.
What Success Looks Like
- More verifiers carpooling
- Fewer cars needing parking at the office
- Verifiers feel supported and coordinated
- The parking situation is less strained
This is a practical, people-focused role that helps operations run more smoothly behind the scenes.
