Help us prepare for and host our Annual Fundraiser!

Join us for Awaken Your Roots, Earthroots Field School’s annual fundraising event, bringing together over 100 community members for an evening of connection, live music, dinner, and a live + silent auction in the heart of Big Oak Canyon.

We are seeking volunteers to support various roles throughout the day — from event setup and guest check-in to auction support and post-event cleanup.

This is a beautiful opportunity to:

• Support nature-based education
• Be part of a meaningful community gathering
• Spend time outdoors in a stunning canyon setting

Volunteer roles are available in multiple shifts, so you can choose what works best for your schedule.

5 shifts available:

• SHIFT 1: Event Setup Crew: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 - 08:00AM to 12:00PM PST
• SHIFT 2: Guest Arrival & Parking Team: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 - 1:00PM to 4:00PM PST
• SHIFT 3: Event Support Team: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 - 3:00PM to 7:00PM PST
• SHIFT 4: Event Breakdown Crew: Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 - 7:00PM to 9:00PM PST
• SHIFT 5: Post-Event Cleanup Crew: Monday, May 4th, 2026 - 08:00AM to 12:00PM PST
