Every week, Meow Mission helps 10-35 cats with trap/neuter/return. This takes a whole lotta cat herding and processes. We are in need of someone to be on the front line of scheduling. This is a VERY integral part of what we do. You must be diligent and dedicated.
Colony cat caretakers fill out a Google form requesting help. The scheduler checks the form every other day. Using a clear set of directions, the scheduler emails the respondents with the appropriate message. You'll be using Google Suite - you don't have to know the suite but you do need to have computer experience and be comfortable learning.
You'll interact with other volunteers that will require emailing and texting.
What you need:
Time commitment depends on your data entry speed as well as understanding what we do. We are busiest spring through fall. A guesstimate of time commitment is probably 3 hours a week, maybe more in the busy time and less in the winter. You can do this on your own time schedule.
There is a learning curve so because of this, we need whoever decides to apply to be dedicated to our mission. We are happy to train and mentor as long as needed.
