We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support the 2026 VITA Tax Season in the following roles:
- Greeter: Welcome clients and help them navigate the virtual tax clinic.
- Screener: Assist clients in gathering the documents needed for their appointments.
- Preparer: Help individuals and families complete their tax returns (training and certification provided).
- Reviewer: Ensure accuracy before returns are submitted.
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with clients
- Professional and respectful communicator
- Works well in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
- No tax experience required — free IRS training provided!
This is a great opportunity for finance or accounting professionals seeking continuing education credits or for anyone looking to make a meaningful community impact during tax season.
