Join ASN's core launch team working directly alongside nonprofit leadership!
Seeking a Founding Social Enterprise Development Fellow (Intern/Volunteer) producing premium, eco-friendly custom apparel to create economic mobility for refugee and immigrant families.
Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Secure initial clients, forge community/B2B partnerships, and assist marketing.
- Strategy: Support pricing, startup budgeting, grant research, and eco-friendly sourcing.
- Studio Production: Run print/heat-press equipment, handle inks/tools, and ensure quality control.
Details:
- Commitment: ~20 hrs/week (Flexible) | Sun–Thu | Beaverton, OR
- Physical: Able to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and handle production tools/inks following safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Backgrounds: Students, recent graduates, or professionals in Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related fields (screen printing experience is a plus, but not required).
- Core Traits: Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a passion for community impact.
