Join Our Hospice Team: Administrative Volunteer Opportunity

At Three Oaks Hospice, compassionate care extends beyond the bedside. We are seeking dedicated administrative volunteers to help support our team as we serve patients and families throughout The Woodlands and North Houston area.

Administrative volunteers play an important role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. By assisting with office and outreach tasks, volunteers help our clinical teams focus on what matters most—supporting patients and their loved ones.

Administrative volunteer opportunities may include:

• Filing and organizing documents
• Assembling admission and patient materials
• Assisting with mailings and correspondence
• Data entry and record organization
• Making friendly check-in or thank-you calls
• Supporting community outreach events
• Preparing volunteer and educational materials
• Assisting with special projects as needed

No prior hospice experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

We welcome volunteers who are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving their community.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Complete volunteer orientation and training
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Basic computer skills are helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
