The Opportunity

We are looking for an ideas-driven Volunteer Curriculum Developer who comes from a training background and is passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience. You will be responsible for designing and developing our incubator training program, adapted specifically for entrepreneurs in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop incubator training curriculum tailored to US-based women entrepreneurs across key business disciplines
• Design instructional management systems and learning frameworks
• Evaluate and integrate new eLearning materials and tools
• Create educational content including podcasts, videos, and written resources
• Design and revamp both new and established learning models
• Implement feedback from program reviews to continuously improve content
• Design learning experiences and curriculum covering topics such as sales, marketing, business development, operations, legal, accounting, and finance, in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Research new innovations in learning design and education
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop accurate and relevant content
• Manage curriculum projects and timelines using Monday.com

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and effective assessment strategies
• Knowledge of digital learning tools and the ability to select methods appropriate for the industry and audience
• Experience working with SMEs to develop accurate, relevant content including demonstrated facilitation skills
• Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with eLearning Management Systems, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with project management tools, specifically Monday.com
• Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
• Ability to reliably meet project deadlines
• Proactive, collaborative, and flexible
• Time commitment: 10+ hours per week
• Passion for entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, and social impact
