Drive seniors to Centro Cultural

When you join Ride Connection as a volunteer driver, you join an organization that keeps older adults, and people with disabilities moving, healthy, and independent. It’s a simple way to make a direct impact on the lives of people in your community.

Our Forest Grove program is looking for people available to drive customers weekday mornings to Centro Cultural in Cornelius. The ideal volunteer is available Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9am - 11am. We have vehicles for volunteers to drive or you can drive your own & get reimbursed for mileage.

Centro Cultural provides multigenerational and culturally-specific services in a variety of programs to promote a thriving and engaged Latino community. Many of their seniors need transportation support to get to their center. You can help!

For the safety and comfort of our customers, our volunteer drivers must pass a national criminal background check with fingerprinting, have a clean driving record, and be willing to learn about safety and best practices for customer service through provided training. Our mission is to link accessible transportation with community need, and we can fulfill this mission with caring volunteers like you.
