    About PostBaby Bliss Foundation

    The PostBaby Bliss Foundation is a startup nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting postpartum families through education, resources, and compassionate care. Our mission is to empower parents during the postpartum period by fostering a community of support and offering programs that prioritize maternal and family well-being.

    Job Identification

    Title: Community Outreach Coordinator Volunteer

    Job type: Part-time Volunteer

    Department: Community Outreach

    Reports to:

    Location: Hybrid - Houston

    Schedule/Commitment: Flexible hours (approximately 8-12 hours per week)

    Date of recruitment: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

    Role Overview

    The Community Outreach Coordinator Volunteer will build relationships with community partners, engage with stakeholders, and raise awareness about the Foundation’s mission.

    Key Responsibilities

    Community Engagement:

    o Identify and build partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups.

    o Represent the Foundation at community events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

    Outreach Program Coordination:

    o Develop and implement outreach strategies and implement outreach programs.

    o Organize and facilitate events, such as support group meetings and informational sessions.

    Awareness Campaigns:

    o Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that raise awareness about postpartum care and the Foundation’s services.

    o Distribute promotional materials and ensure consistent messaging across outreach efforts.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Passion for maternal health, postpartum care, and family support services.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

    Nice to Have Qualifications

    Experience in community engagement, outreach, or event planning.

    Preferred Personal Attributes

    A proactive, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

    Someone who has high integrity, empathy, and patience.
