🎨 Volunteer Opportunity: Product Design & Product Management Mentor

Outcome School is seeking experienced Product Designers and Product Managers to mentor students preparing for careers in technology.

As a volunteer mentor, you will:

• Mentor Outcome School students virtually

• Choose meeting times that work with your schedule

• Complete a minimum of four mentoring appointments each month

• Share practical industry knowledge and career guidance

• Review portfolios, projects, case studies, and product ideas

• Help students strengthen their confidence, communication, and professional skills

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ More than five years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Product Management, or a related field

✅ A passion for developing emerging talent

✅ The ability to provide supportive, practical, and constructive feedback

✅ A commitment to meeting consistently with assigned mentees

Your experience can help a student understand the industry, improve their portfolio, navigate career decisions, and prepare for internships and employment opportunities.
