Remote Fundraising Officer | International Nonprofit Development

Posterity International is seeking two Fundraising Officers to help build the financial foundation necessary to sustain and expand our programs, initiatives, and organizational operations.

This ongoing volunteer role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit fundraising, development, donor engagement, philanthropy, partnerships, humanitarian action, or international development who wants meaningful responsibility in helping a growing organization strengthen and diversify its revenue.

Rather than simply supporting isolated fundraising tasks, Fundraising Officers will contribute to the development and execution of strategies designed to grow sustainable support for Posterity International.

What You'll Do

• Identify fundraising opportunities and prospective donor audiences
• Help develop and execute fundraising campaigns
• Support individual donor cultivation and stewardship
• Research prospective partnerships and fundraising opportunities
• Develop fundraising appeals, materials, and outreach
• Support community-based and digital fundraising
• Track prospects, outreach, and campaign performance
• Collaborate with Grant Writers, marketing team members, and organizational leadership
• Develop ideas for diversifying and strengthening organizational revenue

Who We're Looking For

Applicants may bring experience or demonstrated interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, sales, business development, communications, or related work. Previous nonprofit fundraising experience is welcomed but not required.

We're particularly interested in proactive people who take ownership. Strong candidates communicate consistently, follow through on commitments, think creatively about resource development, and are motivated by both mission and measurable results.
