Help Save Lives with the American Red Cross
Join the Red Cross team as a Blood Transportation Specialist Volunteer and play a critical role in delivering lifesaving blood to patients in need. Using a Red Cross vehicle, you’ll transport blood products from our distribution centers to hospitals — ensuring they arrive safely and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Pick up and deliver blood products to hospitals.
- Use a Red Cross vehicle (training provided).
- Commit to 2-4 shifts per month (varies by location).
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance & clean driving record (3+ years).
- Complete a background check (focused on theft & violence prevention).
Available Locations
We’re looking for volunteers in:
Memphis, Nashville, Brentwood, Murfreesboro & Clarksville.
