Welcome to all Uplifters!
At Uplift Hospice, we are looking for compassionate individuals to spend quality time with seniors who may be feeling isolated or alone. As a senior companionship volunteer, you will offer meaningful connections through friendly visits, conversations, reading, coloring, playing cards or simply being a kind presence.
No clinical experience required, just a caring heart and little time. Our schedule is flexible you can volunteer as much or as little as you can.
Training and support will be provided.
You will help us make a difference at Uplift Hospice with your extra layer of love. Our patients would love to see your smile :)

Welcome to Uplift!
Once we receive your inquiry, our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you by phone or text to follow up on your interest. Together, we’ll schedule a date for Volunteer Orientation, where you’ll also receive more details about the volunteer process.
At Orientation you will need to bring your driver license, social security card, proof of car insurance.
After orientation, you’ll be provided with links to complete the online training and access Bamboo HR to fill out the required forms. Background check will be completed. Once your training, paperwork and background are complete, you’ll be ready to begin volunteering!
