Do you enjoy reading? How about reading to hospice patients in need?
Elara Caring, a leading hospice organization in Northwest Ohio, is looking for a volunteer who is willing to meet with our hospice patients residing in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Napoleon, Ohio. These patients would love to have you visit and read aloud to them. The ideal volunteer will be able to visit with patients twice a month for 30 minutes - 1 hour. Something so simple such as reading a book can mean the world to someone in need.
