Descrição
Prepify, a student-led nonprofit focused on building free study and productivity tools, is seeking a Back-End Developer to join our volunteer team. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the core functionality of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Express and JavaScript
- Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure smooth integration of features
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Participate in weekly virtual check-ins with the team
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Express, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with REST APIs and database management (MongoDB or similar)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for education and creating tools that make a difference
