Trinity Hospice Care provides an individualized Plan of Care for each patient developed by our interdisciplinary team in collaboration with the patient and family. Volunteers are implemented into the Plan of Care as requested by the patient or family. This is where you come in, to fill that need and bring an uplifting experience to the patients end of life time. We currently have opportunities available in Canton, Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Hiram, Acworth, Conyers & more. Bring a Smile, hold a hand, read, play music, run errands, celebrate a birthday, etc.

Background checks, TB screen, CPR & Hospice Training all included in our volunteer program.
