Merchandise Manager

Paws in the City is looking for a Merchandise Manager! This role is responsible for building and managing the online merchandise store, including product strategy, availability, and overall performance using WooCommerce and Printify.

Commitment:

Approximately 3–6 hours per month, with flexibility based on product launches and campaign cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain the online store using WooCommerce and Printify
• Develop merchandise strategy, including what products to offer and when to release them
• Coordinate with team members on branding, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
• Monitor store performance, inventory levels, and customer engagement
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing to support fundraising goals
• Identify new merchandise opportunities that align with the PAWS mission and audience
