Grace Helping Hands is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity to homeless women and children by providing hygiene kits and feminine care products. We are seeking a creative and motivated Outreach Coordinator & Supervisor to help share our mission and grow our reach.
This is a virtual opportunity, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home. Not an SSL Opportunity
Volunteer Outreach Volunteers can assist with essential outreach that help keep our organization running smoothly.
Outreach Coordinator and Supervisor Tasks:
- Collaborating with administrative support team to contact potential volunteers
- Scheduling and conducting virtual meet-and-greets with potential volunteers
- Overseeing account creation and onboarding for new volunteers
- Checking in regularly with volunteers to maintain lines of communication and provide support
- Filling out and signing community service forms as needed
- Connecting volunteers with Administrative Assistant as needed
