    Join Empowered Futures as an HR Administrative Assistant and help streamline the systems and operations that power our recruitment engine. We are a forward-thinking nonprofit committed to building confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful young adults through self-empowerment, mentorship, and community support.

    As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will be the behind-the-scenes force aligning recruitment systems, tools, and workflows across departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, enabling teams through documentation and training, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare weekly meeting minutes and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
    • Create, edit and update HR excel spreadsheets with updated information
    • Keep track of active vs. inactive volunteer status
    • Calculate weekly and monthly KPI’s (key performance indicators)
    • Audit workflows, candidate records, and metrics to ensure data quality and process compliance
    • Monitor and report on key TA metrics (e.g., funnel stages, pipeline health, time-to-fill) across departments
    • Collaborate with TA Leads and Sr. TA Specialists to align systems with recruitment needs and strategy
    • Maintain a centralized knowledge base of recruitment operations resources
    • Ensure TA onboarding readiness by aligning permissions, documentation, and support materials

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in TA coordination, HR operations, or project/process administration
    • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
    • Strong documentation, workflow design, and systems training abilities
    • Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and collaborative remote work tools
    • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management
    • Strong communicator across remote, cross-functional teams
    • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to follow through independently
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and remote-first volunteer environment
    • Committed to youth empowerment and operational excellence in the nonprofit space
