Staff Commitment Details – Volunteering & Service Expectations
FAITH ALL THE WAY INC. is committed to building a compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed workforce dedicated to serving individuals in housing, education, and re-entry programs.
Staff Commitment Requirements:
- Minimum volunteer commitment: 6–12 months preferred
- Work schedule: Assigned shifts based on program needs (including evening or weekend coverage when required)
- Completion of onboarding, safety training, and trauma-informed care certification
- Strict adherence to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and client dignity standards
- Active participation in team meetings, performance evaluations, and program training Professional Expectations:
- Provide respectful, nonjudgmental support to clients
- Follow shelter safety protocols and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Support emergency response and program operations as assigned Our staff are essential partners in delivering hope, stability, and recovery-focused services to the community.
