Payroll Clerk (Virtual)

We are a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization seeking a Volunteer Remote Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Review and verify time sheets
• Maintain payroll records and documentation
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll information

Qualifications:

• Experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or administration is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Commitment: Flexible remote volunteer role (approximately 1–3 hours per week)

Potential Growth: Outstanding volunteers may be considered for future paid opportunities as funding and organizational needs permit.
