Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Also:
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Receives, files and distributes incoming deliveries.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Assist with directing visitors the appropriate personnel for appointments.
Provide general administrative support.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not
required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Days and times needed: Weekday Mornings and Afternoons . Serve on a weekly basis in the Collinwood neighborhood
