Volunteer Opportunity: WordPress SEO Optimization

We are seeking a volunteer with strong technical knowledge in WordPress and SEO best practices to support the optimization of our website. The goal is to improve the SEO performance of all static pages (excluding blog posts) and achieve a minimum score of 80 or above.

Scope of Work

• Conduct an initial meeting to understand website structure, current SEO performance, and project goals.
• Review and optimize all static pages for on-page SEO, performance, accessibility, and technical improvements.
• Implement necessary fixes to improve loading speed, metadata, internal links, and overall site health.
• Ensure all optimized pages meet the final performance benchmark.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders).
• Familiarity with Google Site Kit, Search Console, and Analytics for performance insights.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as RankMath, Yoast, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Ability to work with basic HTML/CSS for minor adjustments if required.
