Volunteer Website Manager – Small Church
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Volunteer Website Manager to help maintain and update our church website. This individual will play an important role in supporting our ministry by ensuring that members, visitors, and the community have access to current and accurate information about our church activities and programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating weekly announcements, events, and service times
- Posting sermons, newsletters, and special event information
- Maintaining ministry pages with accurate content
- Coordinating with church leadership to ensure timely updates
- Monitoring website functionality and addressing basic technical issues
- Assisting with periodic design updates and content improvements
Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with website platforms (such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- A heart for supporting the mission and ministry of a small church
This role requires a few hours per week and can largely be done remotely. It is a wonderful opportunity to use your technical skills to serve and strengthen our church community.

We are seeking a dependable Volunteer Website Manager to help maintain and update our church website, ensuring clear and timely communication with our congregation and community. As a Christ-centered church committed to sharing His love and fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19–20, we are looking for someone who loves the Lord and desires to use their technical skills to support our mission. This flexible, primarily remote role is a meaningful opportunity to serve and help extend the reach of our ministry. Volunteer Website Manager at your church:
Technical & Experience
- What website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) have you worked with?

- Do you have any experience with basic troubleshooting or website analytics?
