This is a 12-week virtual opportunity for Virtual Assistants who want more than “experience for experience’s sake.”

If you’re hoping to learn usable, real-world skills while engaging with American small business owners, this program was built for you.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to communication, systems, follow-through, and professional collaboration — the kind that actually transfers into paid VA work.

Here’s the structure (no guesswork):

Fixed team hours

Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 12:00–2:00 PM EST

Tuesday — 11:30 AM–1:30 PM EST

Additional hours

Flexible, on your own schedule

Length

12 weeks — enough time to build confidence, not just collect tasks
