Descrição
Be a compassionate hospice volunteer to make Dare to Care food deliveries to members of the community.
Deliveries are completed the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month to patient homes in Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Oldham, and Shelby Counties from our office at 6200 Dutchmans Lane. Volunteers are updated on delivery needs the week prior to delivery dates and can schedule which weeks they would like to assist.
Volunteers are required to:
- Complete training on Hosparus Health policies and procedures
- Submit a background check
- Meet Hosparus Health Occupational Health requirements
Training consists of short online learning modules and an in-person session.
