Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing chronic diseases can be tough when you do not have enough healthy food. That is why we started our new program, Nourishing Your Health. This program not only provides health education but also delivers nutritious food to those in need.
Nourishing Your Health offers monthly nutrition boxes specifically designed for people with chronic conditions. By giving both knowledge and healthy food, we help people make better choices and live healthier lives.
Help us make an impact in our community by assembling nutritional food boxes. Activities include taping boxes, packaging ingredients, and assembling boxes for pickup. Your efforts will directly support families in need and promote healthier lifestyles.

- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Packing
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM - Assembly
