Volunteers under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Route Marshals will be stationed along the route to ensure participants are staying on course.
- Provide directions
- Cheer on participants
- Offer to take photos for groups
- Direct participants to event signage
- If stationed at the end of the route, ensure participants know that the 5K is a total of 3 laps
Events are rain or shine so plan for the weather.

- Event can be held at organization location(s)
- No Donation
